One Point Survey are proud to have recently been part of the Engcon Big Dig event in Yeovil.
This is Engcon's second Big Dig event for 2019 after hosting a hugely popular event in the Midlands earlier in the year.
This was a successful and action-packed event with a big turnout providing a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and meet other specialists and operators in the field.
One Point Survey was supported by Leica Machine Control specialist Mike James who provided our customers with support and advice on the Leica Icon 3d Machine Control System which was on display through Kirk Hough Hyundai HX220L Machine.
The two-day event generated a lot of interest and has given many Groundworkers and Civil Engineering companies a great opportunity to see the Leica Icon MCP80 8” Machine Control Panel, Icon ICG82 Machine Control Dual GNSS Receiver and the Icon ICG60 GPS Base Station in the field.
This allowed operators on the day to receive invaluable advice and hands on experience. There really was something for everyone.
