After a great 2019 at One Point Survey we’re looking forward to an even better year in 2020!

What is Planned for One Point Survey This Year?
We have lots planned for 2020. It’s set to be an exciting year.
ISO 9001 Audit - We are already working hard on having everything organised and in place for our upcoming ISO 9001 audit.
The first inspection will be in our Verwood branch in March and the second audit will take place in our Exeter branch in April.
It’s amazing how quickly that time will pass.
Grow Our Team - Last year we welcomed new and valued team members to our branches in both Verwood and Exeter.
This year we have plans to keep growing the team. Watch this space!
Grow Our Hire Fleet – We recognise the importance of being able to provide a complete and comprehensive fleet of survey and safety equipment in our Hire fleet for both design engineers and construction workers.
There are so many benefits to having a reliable company who you trust to hire your equipment from, and we are proud to be that very company.
With an already impressive and extensive hire fleet you will be pleased to hear that we are extending that with some of the very best equipment available.
Don’t forget we also provide training, calibration and repair services as well.
Increase Our Machine Control Ranges – In the latter part of last year we put in a great deal of effort in increasing our Machine Control ranges.
Our Machine Control ranges are being added to the One Point Survey website this month and will include;
- Machine Control for Dozers
- Machine Control for Excavators
- Machine Control for Excavators

Maintain and Improve Our Customer Satisfaction – We were extremely proud of the whole One Point Survey team when our customer satisfaction survey came back with exceptionally good results last year.
We had a report of 92% customer satisfaction and 100% of our customers said they would definitely recommend One Point Survey to friends and colleagues.
This was a great result and is testimony to all the hard work and dedication given by the team all year around.
Next year we are aiming for 100% customer satisfaction as well!
