What equipment do you support?

We support all Leica Geosystems equipment – old or new, hardware or software.

How quickly can I get help?

Most issues can be solved the same day, often within the hour. Our support team responds fast to minimise downtime.

Do I need to bring my equipment to you?

Not always. Many problems can be resolved over the phone, via WhatsApp or remote access. If needed, we’ll arrange collection, repair or on-site assistance.

Can you support me while I’m on site?

Yes, that’s what we’re here for. If your kit fails mid-job, just call or message us. We’ll talk you through the fix or send an engineer if required.

Do you only support Leica equipment?

Leica is our speciality, but we also have experience across a wide range of survey and machine control brands. Give us a call and we’ll advise.

What information should I have ready when I call?

It helps if you can tell us the equipment type, serial number, software version and a quick description of the problem. But don’t worry, if you’re unsure, just call and we’ll guide you.

What are your support hours?

Our standard hours are 8am to 5pm, but for urgent issues we’ll always do our best to assist outside of these times.
